Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. Very Straightforward purchase of a gently used Audi. Fikret was a no pressure salesman. I was allowed an unaccompanied test drive on my first visit. Communication was excellent. The easiest vehicle purchase ever.October 2024: after unfortunate incident with a deer running into my car, European Motor Cars handled the estimates, insurance company and repairs flawlessly. They actually found some additional damage I did not see. Car looks great again. Highly recommend them for all of your auto needs

Purchasing our car from Tommy 3 years ago couldn't have been easier, and working with the service team for a recent repair issue was a totally painless event. Kevin dealt with the insurance company to approve and resolve the main problem (while correcting a few minor issues as well), and communicated to us when appropriate to keep us in the loop.Very happy working with the European Motorcars team!

The purchase of my dream car was exactly that...a dream! Tommy and Paul made the transaction feel seamless and very personal. They're communication throughout the process was exceptionally attentive and I didn't feel as though I was just another customer. In the car business, it is a rarity to find authenticity but Tommy and Paul proved me wrong! I'm a very happy customer and wish European Motors continued success! BTW, even if servicing my car is a bit more expensive for regular maintenance, I will gladly bring my car to them because of the level of service I experienced!

This team knows their stuff! I brought an older BMW that stopped running to them due an undiagnosed situation. I even previously took it to BMW in North Haven CT and they couldn't figure it but they sure took my money. The Team at European Motor Cars did a complete thorough diagnosis and then got it running like new!!!!. I was super impressed. Not only that but they communicated and explained all corrective actions along the way. I love these guys! I will forever trust them with all my future car issues.

We recently were rear ended in Hartford by another car who, the driver was given a verbal warning for improper lane change. Even though her insurance should have covered the claim, our insurance had to take over the repair. European Motorcars had done some work for us a year ago and they were our first choice for this. Xavier totally took charge and within a week our care was ready for pick up. They do a great job with any collision work. You will be very happy with the final product from them. Extremely professional staff …I’m new to the area & European Motors was referred to me for service on my car. The estimate was explained in detail so I would understand the repair and the timeline. No extra fees or ‘issues’ appeared on my statement. Honesty, Integrity and qualified technicians is what you’ll find here. When I’m ready to trade in my ‘old girl’ …. Needed a battery replacement on my Audi. Called service and spoke with Kevin. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. Said he’d call me back in a few minutes to confirm they had a battery for my car and when they could fit me in. As promised, he called back and I was confirmed for the same day. My wife and I just bought a Rubicon Jeep from Tommy the sales manager. To say that it was a great experience would not be enough. This dealership goes the extra mile to make sure you are getting the car you desire. They are very prompt and responsive. The dealership has a great atmosphere as well an incredible inventory of quality vehicles. Tommy found us exactly what we were looking for and he was very fair on the deal.
